Premium electric vehicle home-charger brand, Andersen choose Performance

Performance Communications Author Image Performance Communications | March 8, 2020

Less than a year after launching its new Technology division, Performance Communications announces its latest client win, having been appointed by Andersen, a British manufacturer and installer of high-end electric vehicle charge points.

Addressing the booming electric vehicle market, Andersen is the leading style-conscious home charger on the market for those who don’t just want a ‘box for the wall’. It has quickly emerged as one of the UK’s hottest scale-ups having experienced explosive growth since launch in 2015, and recently it became a recommended provider for Porsche of Great Britain.

Performance Communications has been leading the conversation around electric vehicles for ten years, when it launched the world’s first electric vehicle, the Nissan LEAF. Since then, the agency has played its part in creating the first glow-in-the-dark car to promote solar panel charging (link here), closed off streets in Monaco to race the Nissan Bladeglider with Margot Robbie in the driving seat (link here) and supported Citroën in bringing its vision of future mobility to life at a media showcase for the Ami One and 19_19 concept vehicles (link here).

The agency’s new Technology division is proving an attractive proposition for disruptive technology brands looking to cut through the noise in their respective sectors. This news follows the recent announcements that Performance Communications has been appointed to handle the integrated Marketing and Communications function for autonomous vehicle software leader Oxbotica and electric commercial vehicle technology supplier, Tevva Motors Ltd.
