Sale Sharks and England winger Mark Cueto celebrated his return to action following a playing ban with a morning of flying lessons at Damyn Hall aerodrome in North East London, courtesy of sports nutrition company, Multipower.

Cueto took to the skies to fine tune his aircraft speed and agility under the guidance of his instructor, before taking the controls and performing a series of exhilarating loops and rolls.

Speaking after the lessons, the 50 cap international winger said: ‘What a fantastic experience. I have to say I was a bit apprehensive ahead of the lesson, but I loved having a go at the moves, particularly the loop, which gives an incredible view of the world upside down’.
