Performance Comms

Welcome to the second issue of the Performance Communications newsletter. We hope to inspire and excite you with the latest news from the world of sports and cars.

Rugby World Cup

We start with the Rugby World Cup. With around three weeks to go, we provide a ‘Bluffer’s Guide‘ highlighting the key matches and looking at some recent sponsor activity.

If you’re still not excited, then check out these top rugby stunts from over the years. Want to see a rugby player race against a jumbo jet? Of course you do.

The Lexus Hoverboard

The advert may have premiered in July but this month, Lexus finally revealed the technology behind its Hoverboard advert. Unfortunately it’s unlikely to be in a shop near you anytime soon.

Fuel Station of the Future

This month, we launched Nissan’s partnership with architects Foster & Partners to create the Fuel Station of the Future, focusing on the needs of drivers of electric vehicles.

Technology from Taiwan

Continuing on the car theme, this story comes from Taiwan. Used car dealer, Kagulu, used a moving price scanner (i.e. a truck) that told drivers, on the spot, how much their car was worth.

Star Wars

Some might say, we’ve saved the best for last. It’s neither sports nor cars but this advert from US company Target is all about the fans. Star Wars fans.
