What we’re looking for.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage the day-to-day smooth running of a high-profile consumer brand operating in the automotive industry. You will be a key port of call for your client and responsible for much of the team’s creative output, ensuring work is delivered to the highest possible standard. You will lead and execute on large-scale campaigns, through to smaller creative ideas. You won’t be doing this alone, though, you’ll have a team around you to help you deliver great work for your clients.

What you will be doing.

  • You’ll be working on a number of truly iconic car brands
  • Have the opportunity to come up with creative ideas that you’ll then help bring to life
  • Work with team members and clients who like to challenge the status quo
  • Have the trust to lead and build a talented team of account executives and account managers
  • Be able to develop yourself, and others around you too
  • Have the opportunity to do some incredibly cool work
  • Reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead and manage the day-to-day smooth running of a
    number of high-profile consumer car brand accounts
  • You will be the main port of call for your clients and responsible for the team’s overall creative output, ensuring all work is delivered to the
    highest possible standard
  • You will lead and execute on large-scale campaigns, through to smaller
    creative ideas with the support of a team

What skills you will need.

  • Experience of successfully leading and managing multiple accounts  
  • Excellent client management skills 
  • Media contacts 
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns (PESO)
  • Creative skills to come up with ideas that generate earned media coverage in a variety of media sectors 
  • Love coming up with story ideas 
  • Project management skills
  • Strong press release writing and a flexible writing style, adapting to different client needs, TOV’s and outputs
  • Time management – the ability to logically plan, develop and execute plans, using the strengths of a team to ensure optimal delivery 
  • An ability to manage and nurture a team
  • Budget management
  • Worked with video productions companies, videographers, designers etc to create content
  • Creativity – ability to think big and bring creative inputs to even the smallest tasks
  • Ability to build strong relationships - internally / clients / media / social influencers etc
  • Agency experience 
  • Experience within the automotive industry 
  • Knowledge and experience of digital PR campaigns
