Senior Signings Boost Performance

Performance Communications Author Image Performance Communications | September 16, 2014

We’re pleased to announce that we have added three senior signings to our Kingston-based team over the past month, to support significant business growth and our increasingly international scope.

Ross Milton has re-joined from We Are Social as Senior Account Director, Maria de Juana from Weber Shandwick as Senior Account Manager and Simon Lush from Fast Track as Account Manager.

Ross Milton – UK Team – ProfMilton previously worked at Performance six years ago, prior to joining Alfa Romeo’s communications department, where he switched from poacher to gamekeeper as our client. He brings with him a wealth of invaluable social media insight and experience having most recently managed Jaguar’s UK and global social media strategy.

Maria De Juana – UK Team – ProfDe Juana, a native Spanish and Italian speaker, will bolster our international capability and help oversee relations with our network of affiliates, bringing with her considerable experience of international campaign coordination, including Ford’s UEFA Champions League and Shell’s Formula 1 and Moto GP sponsorships.

Simon Lush – UK Team – ProfLush joins after a four-year spell at Fast Track, during which his client responsibilities included the Rugby League World Cup 2013, the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) and Sainsbury’s Summer Athletic Series.

Co-founding director, Andy Francis is excited by the potential of the agency’s new recruits:

“Good talent is not easy to find, so we are thrilled to have brought in three really strong operators to help us continue our growth. Each of them will add significantly to our existing team.

Ross was with us a while back, and then left us to become our client. The fact that he has chosen to come back now as a senior member of the team speaks volume about the friendly but productive working environment we have worked hard to foster and maintain.

We welcome Ross, Maria and Simon on board at an exciting time for the company and look forward to them sharing in the next chapter of our success.”
