Performance Communications Recognised by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work

Performance Communications Author Image Performance Communications | May 27, 2025

Performance Communications was thrilled to become one of 500 companies recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 awards, published in The Sunday Times on 25 May.

The recognition comes just a year after the company became Employee Owned in March 2024, and demonstrates how its co-owners have put culture front and centre since its transition to achieve an Engagement Rating of 83%.

This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers, across all industries and scale.

The awards use 26 questions developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.

To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across the WorkL (survey organiser) six-step framework: Reward & Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction.
