Building a brand

The Brief.

Performance started working with CitNOW when the company was just 18 months old.

Its customer base is comprised of dealerships, workshops and bodyshops primarily – all of which traditionally suffer an issue with consumer trust.

CitNOW needed to grow, rapidly, its customer base in order to fend off fast-growing rivals.

The Response.

Through a steady stream of 2-3 news releases a month – to both b2b and b2c media audiences, we raised awareness of products among trade customers and highlighted the transparency benefits of the technology to motoring public.

We created the CitNOW Video Awards to claim ‘ownership’ of the personalised video space in the industry.

And produced 1-2 White Papers a year on industry trends as proprietary leadership content.

The Results.

With a total audience reach of 475m in our first four years, we helped CitNOW break 1m personalised video views per month.

More than 650 guests attended annual CitNOW Awards at BAFTA in the first four years.

And our last two White Papers for CitNOW generated 239 qualified leads.
