Maximise GAC Pindar’s involvement within the Extreme Sailing Series (ESS) and specifically the Cardiff Act.

Create momentum around the announcement of GAC’s sponsorship extension for the Team Raleigh professional cycling team.

Bring together five Extreme Sailing Series crews (incl. GAC Pindar) and the Team Raleigh professional cycling team to create a first of its kind cycling-meets-sailing multi-sport challenge.
Invite media to take part in the challenge to experience professional sailing and cycling first hand.
Capture strong and dynamic branded video and photographic content.

Result

The cross-discipline challenge featured heavily within coverage of that weekend’s ESS racing.
Over & above this, 5 pieces of broadcast coverage resulted on local news and 20 pieces of off and online sports coverage.
The content achieved a reach of over 1m via social channels and significant interest in 7 of GAC’s key territories.
