What we’re looking for.
We are searching for a Account Manager to lead exciting client campaigns, guide junior team members and drive day-to-day account success at Performance Communications Middle East.
What you will be doing.
- Lead multiple client accounts and manage workstreams
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor
- Draft flawless communications materials, including press releases and planning documents
- Mentor, guide and inspire junior team members
- Proactively drive media relations and integrated campaign opportunities
- Manage projects, timelines, budgets and reporting with precision
What skills you
will need.
- Inspirational leader who motivates others
- Strategic thinker with sharp operational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-first approach
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure, resilient and positive
- 4–6 years' experience in a communications, PR or marketing role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong client handling skills with a proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns
- Exceptional writing, media relations and project management skills
