The Brief.

We were tasked with raising awareness and media coverage of Genesis’ enhanced global commitment to golf as the title sponsors of the Genesis Scottish Open., the first ever co-sanctioned tournament (DP World Tour and PGA Tour)

The premium car brand placed special focus on upgrading the level of care for players and their caddies, as well as an elevated tournament experience for all spectators.

The Response.

To do this, over the four years of the tournament we created a number of exclusive media opportunities, engaging content and managed the tournament press office (2022 – 2025):

  • Hole-in-one prizes preview content with Billy Foster
  • Player interviews during the tournament
  • Behind the scenes features
  • Golf club car loans
  • Management of tournament media receptions
  • Media ticket giveaways

The Results.

Across the two years, there has been over 1,700 pieces of media coverage, with a combined estimated views of 62.1m.​
