Having spent seven years in the world of journalism, Joe decided to jump ship and try life on the other side of the fence here at Performance Comms.
He graduated from a journalism degree in 2011 before starting life as a local reporter at the Surrey Advertiser covering cats stuck up trees and village fetes. After two years he moved to Auto Express where he spent three and a half years writing about people’s cars going wrong before eventually leaving to take up a role as Digital Motors Editor at The Sun where he continued the Sun tradition of writing some really great/terrible headline puns.
Away from the office, his biggest passion is sport – anything and everything…football, golf, cricket, tennis, darts etc etc. If you can think of it he has probably watched it. He likes a good read, trashy TV and the odd pint every now and then.
