Swimming star heads back to school

Following her qualification for the Olympics, Performance Communications arranged for swimming star, Fran Halsall, to return to her old school in Liverpool.

Organised for her sports nutrition sponsor, Multipower Sportsfood, Fran Halsall returned to St. Mary’s College to host a unique swimming master class and take part in question-and-answer sessions with pupils.

The 21-year-old from Southport will compete in five events in July – the 100m butterfly, 50m and 100m freestyle and the sprint and medley relays.

The gold medal hopeful’s return to her old school attracted media interest including Sky Sports News, The Sun, The Times, Sport Magazine and a host of regional media.
